Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us through our Contact page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For all returns, the shipping costs will be incurred by the customer, unless notified otherwise.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Cancelation
If your order has not been shipped or is a pre-order, you may cancel your order before we ship it. To do so, please contact us through our Contact page. If your order has already shipped and you could like to return it, please refer to the Refund Policy above.
Damages and Incorrect Orders
If you receive an order and it is damaged, has the incorrect items, is missing items, is printed incorrectly, or other issues, please contact us through our Contact page and let us know the issue. If the item is damaged, please include images of the damage and describe the damage to the item. Once we confirm the damages or other issues with the order, we will ship you an undamaged or fixed order. Shipping is paid for by New Memeland.
*Issues with orders are accepted if you contact us within 24 hours of your order being delivered.
Exchanges
If you decide to exchange one or more of your items with another, including a different form or size of the same item, you can contact us through our Contact page to request an exchange. Please include what item you are exchanging, and what you would like it to be exchanged with.
