Shipping Prices
Shipping prices are set by the carrier shipping your package, and all free shipping promotions are paid for by New Memeland. We are based in California; domestic orders vary in shipping based on distance. International orders have additional shipping costs depending on the country of residence; international customers may have to pay customs fees. Please refer to your countries import policy for more information.

Shipping Availability
Eligible shipping locations are determined by the shipping carrier; eligibility will be determined during checkout after shipping information has been entered. Our shipping carries may or may not ship to your location. Our shipping carriers include USPS, UPS, and DHL.

Tracking your Order
You will receive an email regarding your order and tracking information within 2-3 business days of purchase. All orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days of purchase and may take anywhere between 3-14 days to be delivered depending on your location and the shipping option you have chosen. If not, please contact us through the contact form regarding your order and reference your Order Number.

Delays and Lost Orders
If there are delays in shipping after an order is shipped by us, please contact us or subscribe to our mailing list for an update. You can also check your order status using the tracking information emailed after an order has been made and contact the carrier within your region. If an order is said to be delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier within your region.

Due to COVID-19 and the slowdown of USPS services, shipping may take longer than expected. If your order has been shipped by us but is taking longer than expected to arrive, please wait up to a week for your order. If it still has not arrived, contact your carrier within your region.
